Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Who we are
fx-alert.com is operated by Batdorj Byambadorj, an independent developer based in Mongolia ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@fx-alert.com.
2. Agreement to these terms
By using fx-alert.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. What the Service is — and what it is not
The Service is a charting and price-alert tool. You draw a line on a chart, define a condition, and we notify you when that condition is met.
We are not a broker. You cannot open a trading account with us, deposit money, or place trades. We never hold your funds.
We do not provide financial, investment or trading advice. An alert is a notification that a price condition you defined has occurred. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Every trading decision is yours alone. See our Risk Disclosure.
Our prices are indicative. Market data shown on the Service may differ from the prices quoted by your own broker, and from the prices at which you can actually trade. Never treat a price on our chart as an executable price.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.
5. Accounts and sign-in
You can use the Service without an account. Signing in is optional and is done through Telegram — there is no password to create or remember.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure. Anyone who controls your Telegram account can control your alerts.
6. Alerts
The Service is free. There is no trial period and no subscription.
- A free account can hold 3 active alerts at a time.
- Alerts expire 30 days after they are created.
- To change an alert, delete it and create a new one.
Alert delivery is best-effort, not guaranteed
This is important, so please read it carefully.
We do everything we reasonably can to deliver alerts quickly and reliably, but we cannot guarantee that any alert will be delivered, or delivered on time. Delivery depends on things outside our control, including:
- Telegram's servers and your browser's push service;
- your device's notification settings, battery-saving modes and Do Not Disturb;
- your internet connection;
- our upstream market data feed, which can be delayed, interrupted, or incorrect;
- scheduled or unplanned downtime of our own systems.
Do not use the Service as your only risk-management tool. If a position needs protection, place a stop-loss or other protective order with your broker. An alert is a convenience, not a safety net.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Extract or redistribute our market data. Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated clients against our API or WebSocket feed, and do not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute the price data shown on the Service.
- Circumvent account limits. Do not create multiple device identities or Telegram accounts to hold more alerts than your account allows.
- Falsify partner verification. Do not misrepresent, falsify, or otherwise attempt to fraudulently obtain a raised alert limit through our broker partnership.
- Resell or relay alerts. Do not operate the Service as a paid or public signal feed, or forward alerts from one account into a channel or group serving other people.
- Connect a channel you do not control. Only connect Telegram accounts and devices that belong to you. Do not use the Service to send unwanted messages to anyone.
- Interfere with the Service. Do not scan for vulnerabilities, attempt to gain unauthorised access, overload our systems, or disrupt other users' access.
- Copy our content. The text, articles, images, design, and code of the Service are ours. Do not reproduce them without permission.
- Use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that breaks the laws or financial regulations that apply where you live.
8. Suspension and termination
If you break the rules in section 7, we may, depending on how serious the breach is: pause or delete your alerts, disable your account and delete its data, or block access from your device or network. Serious cases — such as automated data extraction or fraudulent partner verification — may be acted on immediately and without notice.
Because the Service is free, no refunds or compensation arise from a suspension.
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your alerts and notification channels yourself from within the app, and unused data is removed automatically as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Notification channels
Alerts are delivered through third-party services — Telegram and your browser's push service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we have no control over their availability. A channel that stops working may be disabled automatically after repeated delivery failures.
10. Broker partnership
We link to a partner broker. If you open an account through our link, we may receive a commission from that broker at no additional cost to you. This creates a financial interest on our side, and we disclose it openly. We are not owned or operated by any broker, and a link is not a recommendation to trade or a judgement that any broker is suitable for you. Details are on our Partner broker page .
11. Advertising
We may display advertising from third-party networks on the Service. Advertisements are not endorsements, and we do not control what is advertised. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising affects data collection.
12. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including alert limits, supported symbols, and notification channels — at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but we may need to act immediately for security or legal reasons.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service — including from a missed, late, duplicated, or incorrect alert, from inaccurate or delayed market data, or from the Service being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Transfer
We may transfer these terms and the operation of the Service to a company or other legal entity that we own or control, for example if the Service is later incorporated. Your rights under these terms will not be reduced by such a transfer.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, and the courts of Mongolia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
The Service is not directed at any particular country. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are, and the Service may not be available in every jurisdiction.
